The N.E.S. LTD was born with the purpose of producing electronic boards on behalf of a third party (outsourcing: large and medium-sized companies entrust some of their workings), providing a service that employs all of the considerable opportunities offered by Internet today. Through the network, the customer will have the opportunity to interface with the NES as if it were one of his external department. Besides the specific techniques of the product, the customer can also furnish all the components needed to implement the product work in setting up a so-called “working account” or he may delegate purchase to the NES by configuring a supply as the “full account”.


Also covered are all the possible intermediates of “semi full account”. Customers today are increasingly using the formula of “semi full account” entrusting to the NES the purchase of passive components.
The company, despite being configured as an initiative of small to medium size, is geographically targeted to the European market. In fact the market, the NES turns to, is composed of all those companies that do not have the possibility to create by themselves electronic productions mainly in SMT and that intend to commission such workmanships to the outside for own policies and productive opportunities.

The main market segments are represented by the following categories of companies:

  • OEM (Originale Equipment Manufacturer): Large companies selling their own product which has inside at least one electronic assembly (ABB, Alcatel, Ericsson, Sony, IBM, Zanussi, Marconi, Philips, Samsung, Motorola, Siemens, etc. .);
  • EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services): Major players in worldwide electronic manifacturing that already provide OEMs and outsource more and more prototypes or production lots of small / medium size (Sanmina-SCI, Celestica, Flextronics, Ixfin, Jabil, Solectron , Finmek, Novatel, Eutron-Saar);
  • Bianco e Domotica: Companies operating in the field of home appliances and home automation (Merloni Ariston, Zanussi, B-Ticino, etc.);
  • Automotive: companies operating in automotive industry (Fiat, Ferrari, Fiamm, etc..);
  • Railway and Metropolitan transport: Concerning the on-board electronic of train/subway/bus, as well as that of earth to the electrical substations and Signalling and Security Systems (Alstöm, Ansaldo Trasport, Ansaldo Railway Sgnalling, Siliani-General Electric, Bombardier, Firema Transport, Siemens, , Gemmo Plants, Sirti, Sielt.)

Moreover the NES addresses to another number of companies which need electronic components in small volumes. They belong to various sectors such as the biomedical, light sources, remote sensing, elevators, fitness and wellness equipment, etc..

The business idea was born from a strong will of a group of young people to make a “new”, serious, flexible and transparent business for an increasingly demanding clientele.
The primary concern of the “business” will then be represented by assembling circuit boards using SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and with that PTH (Pin Through Hole), the latter is based insertional components into the holes on then welded at the bottom, while the innovative technology SMT, is realized with components assembled on the surface if necessary on both sides of the board.
The production of electronic boards has entered, in recent years, in a phase of great development.

The demand is fed not only by companies operating in the field of electronics (phones, audiovisual systems, data processing, etc..), also from companies operating in other sectors, but which use electronics to modernize and streamline their processes production.
Beside the evolution of demand there is a deep and constant transformation of production technology, this development has allowed a significant improvement of product quality and a reduced size and a reduction in costs. And it is this extensive growth (in quantity, as a possible expansion of the use of electronics in different sectors) and intensive (in quality, thanks to miniaturization and increased complexity of the functions) that the NES turns trying to provide products / service with full customer satisfaction.


Particular importance is assigned to the Quality as a function of support for the entire company, which has the main goal to strive as much as possible to maximum customer satisfaction. The activities related to the abovementioned function are in fact carried effectively seeking the maximum “mental” status and operational involvement ” of all resources of the Company.
The main challenge is not to see the quality as a problem related to the renewal of certification but as a concrete support to continuous improvement
